So after spending a big chunk of our day at the cancer clinic in "chemo training" and various other stuff we returned home exhausted. There was a message on the machine when we got home tonight which was from our family doctor...she knew that we wouldn't want to go the weekend without knowing that the CT scan Dallas had yesterday was GOOD!!! The cancer isn't spreading - yippee!! This means that when Dallas goes in on Monday to begin his treatment he can focus on fighting this and just getting better. Just thought I would share our happy tidbit!

Great news Big D. We have nothad internet connections much lately so the news is new. Now hunker down to the fight and tale care of business.
Did you see our blog re. Kent @ Barrie ? Like you said when you saw him play last, his driver is wonky and he won't leave it in the bag.
Jude & I have made our way to Quebec City. Pee's me off all the road signs are in some foreign language.

Like they say - photos are worth a thousand words! Yes - nice to see those big smiles - Dallas you look as good as ever! And so thrilled about the CT news - isn't science just so darn comforting!! Gives you both a very strong footing to start the next chapter tomorrow. We'll be thinking of ya!
We've enjoyed one beautiful day in Calgary today - there haven't been many lately! Hope we're getting into our long "Indian summer". Bill is off to France this week for 3 weeks visiting the WWII sites with a couple of buddies. I'm hunkering down for the last leg of working the 9-5scene - only 3 months left and I can join the happy ranks with you guys!
